Departure from an airport

Arrival at the airport by car, cab or other ground transfer:

You will be informed about the meeting place. Our ground staff will welcome you, help you with your luggage and escort you to the helicopter.

Arrive at the airport on a charter flight:

Our ground staff will greet you with a sign at the entrance of the arrival hall, unless otherwise agreed.

We will help you with your luggage and accompany you to the helicopter.

Arrival at the airport by private plane:

Our ground staff will meet you directly at the aircraft (if you have another handling service for your aircraft, we will coordinate the transfer to us with them).

We will help you with your luggage and accompany you to the helicopter.

Unfortunately, due to regulations, it is not possible to go directly from the plane to the helicopter, but we prepare everything in advance to minimize the ground time.

Arrival at an airport

When you arrive at the airport by helicopter, our check-in service will meet you directly at the helicopter, receive your luggage and escort you to the arrivals hall. Upon request, he will accompany you to check-in / cab stand / / private ground transfer service …….

If you are leaving the airport again on a private plane, we will coordinate the transfer to the handling agent of your plane.

Unfortunately, due to regulations, it is not possible to go directly from the helicopter to the plane, but we prepare everything in advance to minimize ground time.

Departure from a hotel

Before your departure we will make all necessary arrangements with the hotel.

The reception/guest services team is aware of this – please contact them to find out how to get to the helipad.

The helicopter will land at the hotel at least 15 minutes before departure, you are requested to be at the helicopter at least 10 minutes before the agreed departure time.

Arrival at the hotel

Before your arrival we will make all necessary arrangements with the hotel.

Upon your arrival, a hotel staff member will greet you at the helicopter and take care of everything.

Departure from an external landing site

When departing from one of our bases or external landing sites, passengers are generally responsible for their own ground transfers, but we are happy to assist with ground transportation.

The helicopter will be at the agreed landing site at least 15 minutes before departure, you are requested to be at the helicopter at least 10 minutes before the agreed take-off time.

Please note: Be on time! In case of a delay, we may not be able to operate your flight!

Arrival at an external landing site

When arriving at one of our bases or outlying landing fields, passengers are generally responsible for their own ground transfers, but we will be happy to assist you with ground transportation.

Please note: If you have arranged your own ground transportation and it is delayed, we may have to depart again for other flights. In this case, we must leave you at the pickup location.
